This 20-years old man featured in Dec 2005 had severe pulmonary stenosis with virtually no RV contractility, following surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) at one year of age. Following surgery for the pulmonary stenosis (cine), there was significant improvement with mild pulmonary regurgitation and significant improvement of RV function (cine). The still image in systole shows good RV contractility and complete loss of the abnormal leftward septal deviation seen in the earlier study.
