This 74 years old man presented with atypical chest pain. The cardiac CT showed a severe distal LAD stenosis (Figs. 1, 2), a severe stenotic lesion in the proximal CX (Fig. 3) and diffuse ectasia of the RCA (Fig. 4). An angiogram was performed, which confirmed the findings (Figs. 5, 6). The patient elected to only have conservative therapy done.
