This 55-years old lady had an inferior wall myocardial infarction due to an RCA lesion. She came for a viability study, which showed the LV inferior wall full-thickness infarct (Figs. 1, 2 - arrowheads), but also showed an inferior wall RV infarct (Figs. 1, 2 - arrows), with akinesia (cine file).
The presence of associated RV infarction tends to have a much poorer prognosis.
