This 56-years old man had one episode of chest pain. His treadmill stress test was equivocal and the patient was referred for a CT angiogram. The CT showed severe stenosis / occlusion of the proximal RCA (Figs. 1, 2). The patient was immediately taken up for a catheter angiogram with a view to stent placement. The angiogram showed RCA occlusion (Fig. 3), with filling of the distal RCA, PDA and PL via collaterals from the LAD (Figs. 4, 5). It was possible to negotiate the occlusion and a stent was place with reconstitution of the vessel.
