This seven-years old child, a known case of Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) had a BT shunt done in infancy. She presented for correction and a CT angiogram was performed to evaluate the vessels.
The infundibular stenosis was well seen (Fig. 1 - red arrow) along with the pulmonary valve and RVOT (Fig. 1 blue arrow). The pulmonary confluence and RPA and LPA were well seen (Fig. 2). The BT shunt on the left was well seen (Fig. 3), but showed a thrombus, eccentrically situated along the shunt vessel, simulating a partially thrombotic aneurysm (Fig. 4).
