This 68-years old man had a bypass (CABG) done 3 years ago. He had chest pain and a cardiac CT was performed. His RIMA-PDA-PL (Figs. 1, 2), LIMA-LAD (Fig. 3) and SVG-OM1/ramus (Fig. 4) are normal and patent with good calibred vessels distal to the anastomoses.
His left subclavian artery however showed a severely stenotic lesion due to an eccentric plaque (Figs. 5-7). This most likely was causing reduction in flow through the LIMA. The lesion was successfully stented and the patient's pain regressed.
