This is a 42-years old man who presented with shortness of breath. An echocardiogram shows aortic stenosis and calcification with a gradient of 130.
The cardiac CT, performed to rule out coronary artery disease, showed normal coronary arteries. The aortic calcification though is very well seen involving all three commissures. The cine files show the aortic stenosis well.
