Continuing with the article reviewed in the earlier post, this is a patient with aorto-arteritis. Both her subclavian arteries (Figs. 1, 2), the double renal arteries (Fig. 3) and celiac axis (Fig. 4) show severe stenoses. The SMA shows mild proximal stenosis (Fig. 4).
There is irregularity of the wall of the aortic root with consequent narrowing of the RCA and LM ostia (Figs. 5-7). Ill-defined soft tissue can be seen clearly in the left main ostial wall (Fig. 8).
