This is a 40-years old man with atypical chest pain. His cardiac CT was essentially normal. The RCA showed an early branching PDA (Fig. 1 - red arrowhead). The mid and distal RCA showed severe bridging through the right atrium, but without disease (Figs. 2-4 - red arrow).
