This is a 56-years old doctor who had an acute coronary event. A month later he had a cardiac CT, which showed a severe LAD lesion (Fig. 1). He had severe hypokinesia of the anterior wall and septum with diffuse transmural hypodensity (cine CT LAD infarct file). The delayed images showed transmural, full-thickness hyperenhancement, in the anterior wall and septum (Figs. 2, 3, 4), suggesting non-viable infarct. A CMR was then performed to confirm these findings. The short axis cines showed similar findings (cine CMR LAD infarct file), and the delayed hyperenhanced images also confirmed the CT findings (Figs. 5,6,7).
