This is a 65-years old man with aortic and mitral stenosis. The aortic valvular stenosis is very well seen on the cine MRI (video files). A plain CT was performed to document the calcification of both the valves (Fig. 1).
Post valve-replacement and CABG surgery, he came for a post-CABG cardiac CT after 60 days. It was interesting to document the replaced valves (Fig. 2).
