This is a 67-years old man who had a CABG in 2003. He had chest pain and underwent a cardiac CT. His LIMA-OM2-OM3 and RIMA-LAD-Dg were patent and well seen (Figs. 1, 2).
The CT showed a bone lesion on the left with non-necrotic adenopathy.
The patient was biopsied four days later. A CT-guided subcarinal lymph node biopsy was performed using an extra-pleural approach. It showed non-caseating granulomatous disease, which probably implies sarcoidosis.
