This is a 52-years old man who had a mid-LAD stent placement a year ago. He had mild chest pain and came for a cardiac CT.
The CT angio (Fig. 1) shows a subtle hypodensity in the mid-portion of the stent, suggesting a small plaque with mild narrowing. This is also well appreciated on the transaxial images (Fig. 2), along the inferior aspect (red arrow). This is well seen on the cathether angiogram images (Figs. 3, 4 - red arrow).
