Good in-stent flow and LAD lumen visualization

This is a 46-years old LAD who came for a routine follow-up study, four years after a mid-LAD stent placement. She was asymptomatic.

The CT shows good in-stent lumen visualization, with no abnormality. This image (Fig. 1) has been obtained using a B46, high resolution filter. Note the use of the transaxial images. An angiogram was also performed (Figs. 2,3) for confirmation at the patient's insistence.
