DR KALASHREE BANDEKAR

Sir ,
we recently had 2 cases of Left Main and LAD aneurysms picked up on the MDCT.
We also have series of routine detection of coronary anomalies , however this unusual case of LAD aneurysm with Anomalous RCA origin close to the LM ostium perents a dilema.
It appears malignant RCA interposed between the PA and AORTA.
Do you have any references on LAD ANEURYSMS WITH ANOMALOUS MALIGNANT RCA ?

thank you
