This is the same patient with the RCA bridging through the right atrium. He also had a mid-LAD plaque causing mild narrowing (Figs. 1, 2), diagnosed on an earlier 16-slice CT. He underwent chelation therapy and came back for a follow-up after one year. There is no significant change (Figs. 3, 4), though there is an apparent improvement in the lumen diameter, which is in all likelihood a technical issue.
