This 22-years old lady had a restrictive physiology with a strong suspicion of constrictive pericarditis. The cardiac MRI (Figs. 1, 2, 3) shows classic thickening of the pericardium. More importantly though, the real-time MRI done as described in the accompanying article in the "Literature" blog, shows the classic early inspiratory, leftward bowing of the septum (note that the .avi file is about 5MB).
