This is a 52-years old man with occassional episodes of chest pain. He had a perception of breathlessness on climbing stairs. He came for a cardiac CT, which showed a severe mid-LAD stenotic lesion (Figs. 1-3). The lesion was well seen (Fig. 4) on the catheter angiogram and was successfully stented (Figs. 5.6).
In non-calcified lesions, the correlation with catheter angiography, in technically adequate scans, is excellent.
